Michael A. Fraga, Psy.D., MSCP, is the Director and Founder of Neuropsychological Associates. He is a graduate of CSPP-Alameda, and completed his clinical training at Kaiser Permanente Department of Psychiatry, Vallejo California. He completed his post-doctorate training in Neuropsychology at the Fielding Institute, and earned his post-doctoral Master’s degree in Psychopharmacology from Alliant-CSPP San Francisco. He holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Forensic Examiners, is an Affiliate of the Association of Behavioral Profilers, and a member of the National Register (51473), National Academy of Neuropsychology, the American Psychological Association Neuropsychology, Psychopharmacology and Forensics Divisions, the California Psychological Association, Redwood, Marin and San Francisco Psychological Associations and the Federal Medical Reserve Corp. He specializes in assessment of neurodegenerative diseases, mTBI/TBI, neurocognitive rehabilitation and psychopharmacology.

Lisa Rosequist, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist specializing in health psychology and adult and pediatric neuropsychological diagnosis and treatment. She has extensive experience in hospital settings including completion of a fellowship at UC Davis Medical Center, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with focus on cognitive rehabilitation and brain-injury recovery. She has also worked on an outpatient basis with pediatric clients assisting with attention problems (ADD/ADHD), depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders and learning disabilities. In addition, Dr. Rosequist has provided individual psychological treatment to patients and their families in coping with psychological challenges related to a medical diagnosis.

Mimi K.W. Wong, Ph.D. earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California-Santa Cruz and her Master’s and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical training at the San Mateo Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry and is currently a neuropsychology post-doctorate fellow at the Alameda Medical Center.  Dr. Wong has expertise in providing neuropsychological, psychodiagnostic, and capacity assessments in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is bilingual in Chinese and has a strong interest in integrating culturally competent services in her practice.  She is a member of the Northern California Neuropsychology Forum, the American Psychological Association, and the California Psychological Association.

Laura Schnizler, MSW, LCSW, is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Masters of Social Work degree.  She is currently is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and California and is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers.  Ms. Schnizler trained in the areas of Domestic Violence, HIV/AIDS, and Hospice care with a strong focus on grief, loss and life transitions.  She has received certification in Thanatology and the treatment of Problem Gamblers.  Ms. Schnizler provides comprehensive case management services, treating c-morbid psychological disorders,  assessing and coordinating treatment interventions (i.e., OT, PT, CBO providers) while maintaining communications with referring providers.

Janet Hack, Psy.D., RAS earned her Associate of Arts from Harrisburg Area Community College, Bachelors of Psychology from Sonoma State University, her Masters of Psychology from Meridian University, and her doctorate form Ryokan College. Her dissertation focused on unmasking the power of shame and she has interests in alternative ways of addressing physical and psychological concerns. She holds certificates in Expressive Arts and Hypnotherapy. From a systems theory perspective and a reality therapy approach, Dr. Hack works with families, adolescents, children, and seniors. She is a Registered Addiction Specialist. At Neuropsychological Associates, Dr. Hack will expand her knowledge of forensic and neuropsychology through assessment, testing and neurocognitive rehabilitation. Dr. Hack is a member the Redwood Psychological Association and the Women’s Association for Addiction Treatment. She is an active member of Connections a non-profit organization that serves women in business through networking, education and community service.

Ruth Strock, M.A., A.T.R.-B.C. completed her clinical training at Laguna Honda Hospital for the City and County of San Francisco. She was part of the neuropsychological team working with the rehabilitation of geriatric patients diagnosed with dementia and adults with severe mental illness. She completed her Masters degree at John F. Kennedy University and her post master’s certificate at Sonoma State University in Art Therapy. She is a registered member of the American Art Therapy Association and the Art Therapy Credential board.
Her areas of expertise are the utilization of the creative arts for cognitive rehabilitation with adults and seniors who are having difficulty processing grief, loss and life transitions. She has provided post traumatic stress rehabilitation with tsunami survivors in collaboration with the Thai government, and art and imagery with cancer survivors at Marin General hospital and the University of California San Francisco.
