Michael A. Fraga, Psy.D., MSCP, is the Director and Founder of Neuropsychological Associates. He is a graduate of CSPP-Alameda, and completed his clinical training at Kaiser Permanente Department of Psychiatry, Vallejo California. He completed his post-doctorate training in Neuropsychology at the Fielding Institute, and earned his post-doctoral Master’s degree in Psychopharmacology from Alliant-CSPP San Francisco. He holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Forensic Examiners, is an Affiliate of the Association of Behavioral Profilers, and a member of the National Register (51473), National Academy of Neuropsychology, the American Psychological Association Neuropsychology, Psychopharmacology and Forensics Divisions, the California Psychological Association, Redwood, Marin and San Francisco Psychological Associations and the Federal Medical Reserve Corp. He specializes in assessment of neurodegenerative diseases, mTBI/TBI, neurocognitive rehabilitation and psychopharmacology.

John Greenhalgh, Ph.D., is a fellowship-trained neuropsychologist with a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado, Boulder in Psychology (Behavioral Genetics). Clinical training was completed at Columbia University’s Teacher’s College, Columbia’s Psychiatric Institute (Psychiatric Epidemiology) and the Palo Alto VA Center. Areas of expertise include: TBI, Pediatric neuropsychology/learning disability, dementia and mild cognitive decline. He recently completed two-years as a civilian neuropsychologist, working for the U.S. Army at Ft Bragg’s Womack Hospital and Landstuhl, Germany Regional Medical Facility with emphasis in acute assessment of battlefield psychiatric casualties; he also established a pediatric neuropsychology assessment program for US Army dependents in Western Europe.

Laura Schnizler, MSW, graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers with an MSW degree and was previously licensed as a LCSW in the state of Florida. She has 17-years experience working with individuals, children and families providing comprehensive case management services and began her therapy practice in 2005. She specializes in grief counseling and achieved her certification in Thanatology in 2006 while working with Hospice. Ms. Schnizler is core to the treatment team at Neuropsychological Associates providing comprehensive case management services, treating c-morbid psychological disorders and coordinating and assessing treatment interventions (i.e., OT, PT, CBO providers) and maintaining communications with referring providers.
